Junior Accounts Payable Analyst

Join our Accounts Payable team in the Buenos Aires office.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor Accounts Payable processes following company best practices
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors
• Support analytical reporting related to AP activities
• Control and process AP invoices in accordance with contractual terms
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Reconcile and analyze monthly reports
• Identify, raise, and resolve issues promptly based on facts and company guidelines
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
