Wat ga je doen?

Als Calculator / Bouwkostendeskundige ben jij de specialist die:

  • complexe calculaties en projectbegrotingen maakt;
  • offertes van externe partijen financieel toetst;
  • kansen, risico’s en afwijkingen signaleert en bespreekt met opdrachtgevers;
  • rendement en herbouwwaarden uitrekent;
  • adviseert over duurzaamheid en circulariteit.

    • Functie-eisen

    Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Bouwkunde;
  • Ervaring als kostendeskundige in de bouwsector;
  • Goede MS Office-kennis, IBIS‑Trad en 3D-affiniteit is een pré;
  • Marktgevoel, proactieve houding;
  • Analytisch, resultaat- en klantgericht;
  • Zelfstandig, oordeelkundig en een teamspeler.
