Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in strategic business problem solving.
• Co-lead company's expansion initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to launch and execute key projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and insights for leadership decisions.
• Analyze operational performance, efficiency, and cost structures while proposing actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major (Business, Management, Engineering or related fields are preferred). GPA 3.8+ is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers (Google Sheets / Excel).
• High ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Willing to conduct field visits to gain firsthand operational insights and drive business performance improvements.
