Job Description Overview

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, Reactor Services and Major Projects, the Cost Analyst is responsible for executing cost estimating and analysis activities for new project bids and feasibility studies.

The Cost Estimating team provides expertise in services that include estimating, cost engineering, economic and investment modelling, and cost benefit analysis. The team defines, analyzes and verifies all input data, compiles data within standard cost models according to defined work breakdown structures, and ensures that all estimating methods and practices conform to established procedures and recommended practices.

Your Role

• Prepare cost estimates for new project opportunities identified in Request for Proposals (RFPs), change orders, and feasibility studies.
• Review and assess RFPs, contract documents and client agreements to ensure alignment with scope, work breakdown structure, and terms and conditions....
