Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with IT Managers, supporting them in budget planning 
  • Maintenance of excel database for budget tracking 
  • Processing changes to the budget based on requests, answering budget related questions 
  • Timesheets processing, creating purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP and other systems 
  • Invoice approval and processing 
  • Creation and provision of excel reports 
  • Maintaining contact and cooperation with IT Suppliers and Procurement, Accounts Payable, Financial Controlling Departments 
  • Providing trainings on financial tools and procedures for IT Managers
    • Job Requirements
  • Technical skills to include: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
  • Team player
  • Attention to details, must be a problem solver
  • Organized, analytical and result-oriented
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
