Job **Purpose**
- Key position within the US Financial Controlling team of AXA IM Americas. The financial controller Jr will elaborate and maintain local financial databases synchronized with ERP and internal systems (FMR, Magnitude, etc), as well as prepare reporting templates, and analysing non staff cost by cost centres with stakeholders.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Financial database management to fulfil monthly Revenue, P&L and KPI reporting and variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting and dashboards.
- Create excel models to run reports efficiently, linking information from different source systems.
- Monthly maintenance of accounting and financial report templates, ensuring data consistency between the actual results and the expected/forecasted figures (from Budget and Strategic Plan)
- Support Financial controller to build new models, reports and templates needed to fulfil business objectives and stakeholder's expectations
