Human Capital Business Partners at PwC Poland is a team of 20 specialists. We work closely with people on a daily basis, supporting them in our corporate employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee evaluation, promotions to key positions in the company, and the salary increase process. We constantly collaborate with Competence Centers, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Personnel Controlling. Our commitment is where our organization needs it.

Junior HC Business Partner for the MSO Team

Your future role: 

  • Ongoing operational support in HR for Team Leaders
  • Ongoing support for the HC Business Partner in handling and coordinating LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, salary review, talent review, budgeting, etc.)
