**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support the monthly payroll cycle by collecting, checking and validating payroll inputs, including employee changes, absence data, deductions and other payroll adjustments.
+ Assist with pre-payroll checks, payroll reconciliations, payroll report validation and issue escalation.
+ Support payroll processing activities, including gross-to-net checks, correction files, manual updates and payroll adjustments.
+ Ensure bank account funding is in place with Finance Teams and salary/tax payments deposited.
