Junior Real Estate Lawyer – Etobicoke

Our client is a fast-growing boutique firm based in Etobicoke. They are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Associate Lawyer with a minimum 2 years to join their Real Estate practice.

Your new role

In this new role you will be responsible for handling all aspects of Real Estate transactions. You will supervise and assist junior and senior law clerks handling a high volume of residential and refinance, purchase, and sale transactions. You will also review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, loan documents. You will liaise with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, land registry offices, etc.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ Real Estate experience, member in good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction. You can work well under pressure, ...
