Overview
As a Junior Retail Designer , you support the design and planning of retail spaces for H&M by contributing to architectural drawings, design packages, and project documentation. You work closely with Senior and Retail Designers to learn best practices, develop your technical skills, and help bring our brand identity and retail concepts to life in store projects. Your role focuses on growing your capabilities while actively supporting the team in delivering high‑quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
Support the development of architectural drawings that bring H&M’s design and interior concepts including brand DNA, identity, and commercial objectives into our stores.
Assist in creating and reviewing architectural and interior design packages, as well as construction documents, under guidance from more senior designers.
