For a globally operating R&D organization within the diagnostics and medical technology environment, we are looking for a Junior System Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join a highly technical and collaborative R&D Service chapter based in Rotkreuz. This team supports complex diagnostic systems throughout their entire lifecycle — from early development phases to post‑launch support. In this junior role, you will be trained, mentored, and gradually empowered to become a key technical contributor within a cross‑functional, international environment. You will work hands‑on with advanced hardware and software systems, gaining deep insight into system behavior, service processes, and regulated laboratory environments.
