Junior Technical Safety Engineer Our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas operator are currently seeking a JuniorTechnical Safety Engineer to join their QSSHE team, located in Norwich. This role is based in the Norwich office working Monday to Friday. Qualifications: Higher technical qualification in engineering field i.e. Process Safety, Chemical or Mechanical. Chartered in mechanical, chemical/process engineering is desirable Experience: 2-5 years experience in Safety Engineering in Oil & Gas Industry. Experience in both design and operation is desirable. Software knowledge MS Office (Word/Excel mandatory), PHAST, PHA-Pro, Key Responsibilities Include: Carry out competent in-house safety studies in support of operations and projects Charing and facilitating safety studies such as Total Risk Management, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP Development of Barrier Diagrams (Bowties) Consequence modelling using DNV GL PHAST or Gexcon FLACS Hydraulics analysis on firewater system using Pipenet Mini Qu...
