Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned Commercial and/or Affordable Housing sales targets in support of DSM Revenue Target achievement.
• Work independently to find or deliver technical solutions and complete custom energy efficiency calculations for assigned accounts.
• Establish and build operational and technical relationships with customers at all levels, aiming to build long‑term trust and commitment to achieve natural gas usage reduction targets.
• Establish alliances with business partners (contractors, equipment suppliers, manufacturers, engineering consultants, etc.) to facilitate development and implementation of energy efficiency projects.
• Proactively reach out to assigned accounts and conduct site walk‑throughs to assist customers with identification, business screening, and technical evaluation of potential energy conservation opportunities.
