Job Description
Our client is seeking a versatile, commercially minded Key Account Manager to lead and grow direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels across Canada, with selective exposure to the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing major national retail accounts and driving D2C growth, and ideally brings existing relationships with major retailers. This position reports directly to both the Director, Admin & Finance and the Director, Supply Chain and will be required to provide weekly updates to the head office at management meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales
Own and grow D2C revenue across Canada and select U.S. accounts. Manage relationships with online marketplaces and drop-ship partners. Collaborate on promotions, merchandizing, content, and product launches. Monitor pricing, margins, customer feedback, and competitive positioning. Use data and analytics to optimize assortment and channel performance.
