**Own and grow your customers business**
+ Take full responsibility for the partnership across the Nordics
+ Build clear, actionable customer plans that drive growth for both Philips and the customer
+ Identify new opportunities based on market, shopper, and channel insights
+ Strengthen and grow the relationship at all levels within the customer
**Drive performance and execution**
+ Turn plans into results β delivering sell-out and profitable growth
