- Validation of the proper functioning of the application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrade operation

- Analysis and correction of production incidents

- Processing assistance requests from ADOC users

- Analysis and correction of production incidents

- Communication of the progress of the resolution of the anomalies to the declarant and to the IT support teams

- The relationship with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requests
