We would like
minumum 2 years experience with a la carte cooking/fine dining
very well developed palete
skilled at balancing flavors in the French and or Italian cuisine
perform under pressure
able to do flexible hours
friendly and communicative
take responsibility and being able to work on your own
Or the passion and ability to learn these things.

**We are currently open 4 days a week**: Thursday to Sunday.
