YOUR ROLE

The EMEA Process Validation Laboratory Supervisor leads all laboratory validation activities across the EMEA region for mechanical, electrical, equipment, and process validations. This role ensures that validation methods, testing capability, documentation, and compliance are standardized and executed according to Aptiv requirements, customer specifications, and regulatory standards. It ensures accurate and compliant validation of products, processes, and equipment to support new business launches, customer requirements, and continuous improvement, and promotes harmonization and technical excellence in validation across all EMEA sites.
