Position Overview

The Labour Product Manager will lead Finning’s labor product portfolio by owning and executing an industry leading go-to-market strategy that drives profitable growth of labor services across all major industry verticals in Western Canada. This role is accountable for expanding labor market share, optimizing labor profitability, and ensuring Finning’s labor offerings remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs across Construction, Resources, Power & Energy sectors.

Acting as the enterprise’s subject matter expert for labor products and labor-based service solutions, the Labour Product Manager will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales, Service Operations, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure labor programs are both commercially compelling and operationally executable.
