Labour Product Manager

The Labour Product Manager will lead Finning’s labour product portfolio by owning and executing an industry leading go to market strategy that drives profitable growth of labour services across all major industry verticals in Western Canada. This role is accountable for expanding labour market share, optimizing labour profitability, and ensuring Finning’s labour offerings remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs across Construction, Resources, Power & Energy sectors. Acting as the enterprise’s subject matter expert for labour products and labour based service solutions, the Labour Product Manager will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales, Service Operations, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure labour programs are both commercially compelling and operationally executable.
