Job Description
Become a key player in labour relations at the Calgary Board of Education. As a Manager of Labour Relations, you’ll establish a proactive approach to workforce engagement and union interactions.
The Calgary Board of Education seeks a hands-on manager capable of building effective labour and employee relations strategies. You will address issues before they escalate and ensure that constructive relationships with labor unions thrive. Your leadership will shape the CBE’s strategic bargaining frameworks, paving the way for fair negotiations and organizational stability across a diverse school community.
