Job Description
Make an impact in the field of labour relations with PSAC as a Grievance and Adjudication Officer. Your role will focus on empowering union members through effective grievance representation.
Reporting to the Senior Grievance and Adjudication Officer, you will engage in interpreting collective agreements and advising on relevant legislation. Your critical thinking and negotiation skills will be essential in handling grievance cases and facilitating resolutions. This role demands a deep commitment to equity and union advocacy.
