Job Description
Advance employee relations as a Labour Relations Specialist at Royal in a hybrid model. Collaborate with HR and union representatives while working on-site three days each week.
In this key role, you will report to the Manager of Labour and Employee Relations, leading efforts in grievance management, dispute resolution, and collective bargaining. Your expertise will ensure effective collaboration with union representatives, driving consistent and strategic labour relations practices tailored to the needs of assigned bargaining units.
