Elevate labour relations at Grand & Toy as a Labour Relations Specialist. Engage in union negotiations and drive effective employee relations across diverse teams.
This role focuses on supporting both union and non-union environments while collaborating closely with all levels of management. You will aid in collective bargaining activities, consensus building, and the resolution of workplace issues.
