**5. Identify early employee relations risks.**
**6. Handle employee grievances fairly and timely with recommended countermeasure and follow through.**
**7. Support disciplinary processes through fact-finding.**
**8. Lead investigations while ensuring confidentiality.**
**9. Manage contract labour welfare and compliance.**
**10. Support industrial harmony and workforce stability.**
