Support to Technicians:

  • Assist with simple mechanical tasks such as guard removal/installation and tool retrieval
  • Organize and stage parts to ensure technicians have what they need, when they need it
  • Move used parts and materials in and out of the shop to maintain smooth workflow
  • Prepare and clean work areas to minimize waste and waiting time

    • Equipment & Facility Operations:

  • Safely operate floor sweepers, forklifts, and skid steers
  • Wash and clean equipment and service trucks
  • Move equipment in and out of bays to maintain schedule adherence

    • 5S & Continuous Improvement:

  • Perform daily 5S activities:
  • Sort: Remove unnecessary items
  • Set in Order: Organize tools and work areas
  • Shine: Clean equipment, floors, and bays
  • Standardize: Follow established work procedures
