The Position

We are currently looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to join our growing team! Enjoy working outdoors with a great group of coworkers, learning new landscaping skills, and are interested in joining a company that helps employees become the best versions of themselves and grows their careers in landscaping? If so, Dicam Landscaping is the place where you want to be! The successful applicant will lead a small crew through maintenance projects on client properties, displaying our values in their work and putting safety first to ensure their team has the right tools, knowledge, and attitude to complete jobs in a safe manner. In winter months, we switch to Snow Removal, so there is opportunity for year round work that helps serve our community and provide leadership for our teams when snow events occur. We anticipate this role to fill a new vacancy and will begin in early April, but it may begin sooner depending on the weather.
