Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in the Porto Metropolitan Area. The Lawyer will review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to support Urbanis Porto's operations and projects. Daily responsibilities include providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves managing and monitoring ongoing cases and administrative procedures, coordinating with external law firms and public authorities, and preparing reports and briefs on legal risks and opportunities. The Lawyer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, support decision-making with clear legal assessments, and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal policies and processes.
