Senior SAP HCM / ECP Functional Consultant (AMS) – Mexico Payroll Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 AMS support in a highly customized, demanding enterprise environment, with deep expertise in Mexico payroll and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues end‐to‐end with business and ABAP teams.Key Responsibilities Own AMS run support (L2/L3): analyze incidents, resolve defects, support minor enhancements, and ensure production stability during payroll cycles.Perform requirements analysis, prepare specs, and execute unit & regression testing.Provide functional leadership for Mexico payroll solutions; guide business key users on payroll processes and system behavior.Troubleshoot and design solutions using strong knowledge of payroll rules & schemas (PCR/schema).
