Lead Contract Administrator

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced lead contract administrator to oversee the construction phase of projects. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and project team to align on‑site execution with studio standards, client objectives, and contractual requirements. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will engage to enhance constructability, quality, and efficiency, and maintain clear communication between site and studio to secure project integrity.

• Lead the project team during the contract administration phase, providing direction and guidance to ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with design intent and project requirements.
