Key Responsibilities :

• Execute a diverse all-day menu spanning breakfast, brunch, mains, bakery items, and desserts with consistency and excellence.
• Lead in-house bakery and pastry production, including breads, viennoiserie, cakes, and desserts prepared fresh daily.
• Develop, introduce, and manage rotating seasonal specials across multiple menu categories.
• Independently manage kitchen operations or build and lead a growing kitchen team as the café expands.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining quality and operational standards.
• Oversee ingredient sourcing, inventory management, food costing, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with FSSAI food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
