Elevate Thumbtack's customer experience as the Lead Customer Experience Designer. This cross-functional role demands a design leader with over 12 years of experience and a passion for strategic innovation.
In this key position, you will oversee the end-to-end customer experience across Thumbtack's platforms. Your expertise in product design will allow you to shape effective strategies that prioritize user satisfaction while addressing systemic gaps. You will also provide mentorship to design teams and help establish design principles that resonate throughout the organization.
