As the Team Lead Level Designer, you will work closely with the Project Lead and Production Manager to ensure strong design standards and timely delivery. Your role will involve mentoring designers, sharing knowledge, and balancing creative goals with practical production needs. Collaboration and strong communication are key as you represent the level design team in cross-discipline discussions.
