Job Summary

In this role, you will supervise a team of electrical personnel, estimate project staffing needs, and schedule and assign work. You will prepare discipline estimates and work plans and review and approve electrical investigations and studies. Your leadership will drive high quality work plans, successful implementation of electrical components, team support and training, and project performance.

This position is for a Lead Electrical Engineer who will lead a team of electrical engineers and designers performing electrical design activities for the Poland AP1000 Project in the Warsaw, Poland project office. The successful candidate will report to Bechtel's Engineering Group Supervisor or their designee.
