Join a top construction firm as a Senior Estimator, shaping financial accuracy from project inception to tender. This role emphasizes strategic impact and advanced estimating techniques.
As a Senior Estimator, you'll be essential to the project and estimating departments, managing full-cycle estimating services across commercial and institutional projects. Your expertise will guide junior staff while leveraging innovative software and methodologies to streamline operations and enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full estimating services with quantity takeoffs and pricing
• Oversee bid management and subcontractor selection processes
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to refine estimates
• Assess project risks and develop proactive strategies
• Develop and present competitive proposals for approval
Requirements:
• Degree or certificate in relevant engineering or construction field
• At least 10 years of estimating experience
