Vacancy: At L&T EPS Industrial R and D - Bengaluru Position Responsibilities:
This role is to lead Firmware development for power converters design, which essentially includes Firmware architecture development as a modular and scalable firmware platform for projects executed within L&T EPS Industrial R and D or in collaboration with its co-partners in various types of Power electronics products development. This role demonstrates excellent technical expertise and should take higher accountability in overall product development/adaptation covering with focus on firmware and demonstrating adherence to various global standards for different types of chargers for e-mobility applications. Mentoring the firmware team and establishing processes for firmware development, release, and version tracking is essential.
