Overview

The True Swing Golf Academy at Caguas Golf Club in Caguas, Puerto Rico is looking for a teaching professional to move to paradise and launch a new facility in the Fall of 2026. 

The instructor will lead player development programs within an established curriculum and philosophy made popular over the last decade by True Swing founder, Erika Larkin, PGA (Golf Digest Top 50 Teacher since 2022). Programming will include, but not limited to private lessons and group classes for a variety of skill levels, as well as multi-day destination golf schools. Instructor will focus on servicing mostly adults ages 18 & up but may also support the Junior Golf Lead coaches / programming as needed or desired.
