Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Lead Host to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the reservation system, managing guest flow, coordinating seating strategy, and supervising the host team to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the host team, ensuring professionalism, service standards, and smooth front‑door operations.
• Manage and optimize the reservation system (TOCK), including bookings, pacing, VIPs, and seating strategy to maximize flow and revenue.
• Coordinate communication between guests, service team, and kitchen while handling guest concerns and service recovery.
