Join CAAT as a Lead HR Process Architect, focusing on the documentation and standardization of HR processes. Drive clarity and governance in HR practices.
This 18-month fixed-term role involves leading the documentation of HR processes and policies at CAAT. You will assess current practices, identify inconsistencies, and design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with actual workflows. By partnering with HR leaders, you’ll create a comprehensive inventory of HR practices to enhance clarity and governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and standardize HR process documentation
• Analyze and identify HR process inconsistencies
• Create detailed SOPs for core HR activities
• Design user-friendly process maps in alignment with workflows
• Establish templates and standards for documentation
