We are looking for an innovative, hands‑on Lead Intelligent Automation Developer to join our Agentic Process Automation team and help design and deliver the next generation of enterprise automation solutions.

As OMERS evolves from traditional robotic process automation toward agentic process automation, the Lead Intelligent Automation Developer will help shape and deliver intelligent automation solutions across corporate functions, capital markets, and private markets.

The role will bring together RPA, AI agents, generative AI, and enterprise integrations to solve meaningful business problems, streamline complex workflows, and enable speed and better decision‑making at scale.
