Vixxo is seeking a Lead Inventory Control Specialist to work in Los Angeles, CA.

The Lead Inventory Specialist is a hybrid role responsible for both in‑the‑field servicing and managing a small team of no more than ten inventory specialists. This mentoring role will grow into a service operations manager position and includes tasks such as coaching, hiring and training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete assigned delivery work, including sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory per customer guidelines. Meet the customer's SLA requirements, including inspections and completion of all necessary paperwork.
• Manage activities between Vixxo, the customer, and inventory specialists, and schedule accordingly. Monitor field employees, interact with customers, organize truck and van inventory, and maintain work site behavior.
