Join Merative as a Lead L3 Support Engineer, where you'll offer top-tier technical guidance for the Merge Universal Viewer. Tackle production challenges and ensure seamless resolutions for customer escalations in an agile environment.
In this role, you will spearhead development for the Merge Universal Viewer, leveraging your over 8 years of software development experience. Your expertise in cloud-hosted applications, problem-solving, and leadership will drive significant improvements in both the codebase and team support. By conducting thorough root-cause analyses, you will directly impact system stability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as technical lead for Merge Universal Viewer development
• Resolve complex defects and handle customer escalations
• Conduct root-cause analysis for production incidents
• Implement AI-assisted tools for software delivery enhancements
