The Lead Lean Engineer (Lean Project Manager) is responsible for delivering WIP & LT reduction via implementation of connected flow line according to standard process for a specified product family.
Delivering
Rework reduction in defined process via implementation of preventive quality countermeasures. Coordinate of Implementation of Lean Daily Management System, Standard Work, Pull Material Replenishment, 5S and other Lean tool and methods.

Organizing Lean Action
WorkOuts for the different production areas and functions.
