Support the manufacturing product line area as the Lead Quality Process Engineer on a daily basis. Support, guide, and improve the daily operations of our 8–9 person hourly Quality Inspector team.

**What you will do:**

+ Develop and improve quality plans to assure harmonized requirements of manufacturing process, customers and engineering.
+ Based on drawings and specification determine key product characteristics required to measure and record in the quality plans. Work out new drawing datum, dimension, and tolerances for in process quality control (working together with manufacturing engineer)
+ Disposition non-conformities through design engineering or based on precedents.
+ Assure technical regulation and standards’ requirements defined by engineering technical specification / drawings.
+ Manage scrapping processes in Oracle ERP system.
