In this role you will shape and deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen Boeing’s global engineering capabilities. You will partner with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and global site representatives to identify opportunities, define enablers, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes that deliver lasting value across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Integrate, facilitate and drive across key stakeholders (Global Engineering Executives, Boeing BU's and Functional leaders, global site leaders, stream representatives, among others), developing, prioritizing and deploying strategies to achieve Boeing Global Engineering’s long-term business goals and vision
