We’re looking for an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in modern software delivery, quality engineering, and release governance to join our Quality Assurance team in our Winnipeg office or remotely within Canada.

As a Lead QA Analyst, you will play a key role in driving quality strategy and operational excellence across complex web, mobile, platform, and integration-based systems. You will lead testing initiatives spanning CI/CD enablement, API and microservices validation, automation strategy, data and integration testing, observability, performance validation, and production release readiness.
