In this pivotal role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of enterprise solutions to architect and implement scalable ServiceNow functions. You will engage with clients to define strategic directions and deliver intuitive solutions that align with their business goals, thereby driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and customize ServiceNow solutions for diverse client needs
• Deliver presentations on architecture designs to clients
• Supervise the path from development to rollout successfully
• Mentor other ServiceNow developers and provide guidance
• Utilize and communicate ITIL standards effectively
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of direct ServiceNow experience
• 7+ years in the IT field
