We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer, AdTech to contribute to building a dual-screen television platform in the Media & Entertainment space, with an emphasis on scalable ad delivery and smooth integration of modern advertising standards. The initiative is currently in its early product development phase and requires validation and optimization.

• Drive the architecture and execution of scalable ad-serving components tailored for dual-screen TV platforms
• Implement and uphold compliance with evolving VAST, VMAP and SSAI standards to guarantee smooth ad insertion and playback
• Work closely with a compact agile team of 3 to 5 engineers and interact regularly with client managers to align technical solutions with business goals
• Lead performance tuning and refactoring initiatives to improve system reliability and throughput under demanding load conditions
