Responsibilities


+ Manage, define, design, and develop system requirements, performing trade-off analyses of performance, life-cycle cost, risk, and other system or program requirements.

+ Assess architecture, subsystems, and current hardware limitations to ensure hardware/software compatibility; define system specifications and evaluate input/output processes.

+ Develop concepts, perform modeling and simulations, conduct cost estimations, and perform cost-benefit analyses aligned with engineering standards and industry best practices.

+ Conduct independent technical investigations in systems design, perform engineering studies, analyze system problems, and develop system implementation solutions.
