Job Description
Lead UI design for AI-driven features from discovery through delivery, in close collaboration with UX.
Own hands-on design work, including user flows, prototypes, interaction models, and final specifications.
Produce clear, implementation-ready documentation for engineering teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
Mentor designers through feedback, design reviews, and contributions to shared design standards.
What you must have:
10+ years of UI/visual design experience across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
2+ years of experience leading designers or major design initiatives.
Proven success delivering large-scale digital products and mature design systems.
Deep expertise in design systems, component libraries, tokens, and scalable frameworks.
